Simpler Rank Advancement

  • One metric to focus on: GQV (your sales plus your total team sales).

  • Removed: LQV requirement, active legs requirement, and downline rank requirements for Silver NMD and above

  • PQV is still required to stay active (your personal purchases plus personal sales to customers)

Rank Advancement Bonuses

  • Ongoing bonuses are available to every Brand Partner.

  • Paid once over two months when you rank advance.

  • Your bonus baseline is your highest achieved rank since January 2025 under the new plan rules.

Mentor Bonuses

  • Earn when you help someone rank advance, and you are the same rank or higher.

  • Bonuses stack when someone advances through multiple ranks.

  • Applies to personally enrolled Brand Partners, past and future.

  • Can go to the closest active Team Director or above if the enroller is inactive.

  • No limit: help more people advance, earn more bonuses.

Personal Sales Commissions (PSC)

  • PSC is now the main personal sales earning metric.

  • Earn up to 35% on personal sales.

  • Commissions start with your first sale.

  • Paid weekly, with monthly true-ups to your highest earned tier.

  • 3UR Free: sell $300 and earn a $100 product credit.

Brand Partner First Order Bonus

Earn 15% on a new Brand Partner's first enrollment order as the enroller, paid weekly. The CV from that order also flows into team commissions for your upline.  

Team PC Bonus

  • Earn $500/month or $6,000/year.

  • You and 3 personally enrolled Brand Partners each need $1,000 in personal sales.

  • Qualifying months make you eligible for corporate-assigned customers and Brand Partners.

  • Earn full future commissions on their orders.  

Team Commissions (Generations)

  • Starts at Elite Brand Partner.

  • Pays on generations, not just levels.

  • Elite Brand Partners now qualify for a generation spot.

  • Earn up to 11% on Generations 1 and 2.

  • Percentage and depth grow with each rank.

Lifestyle Rank Bonus

The car bonus and lifestyle bonus are now combined into one Lifestyle Rank Bonus, starting at Elite Director.
